Pricing
Rates: $500.00 per hour
0-5 guests: 1 hour minimum, 3 hour maximum
6-50 guests: 2 hour minimum, 3 hour maximum
Everything must be done within the allotted time frame you purchase. For instance, if you secure 1 hour of service for 2:00 – 3:00 pm, then you may arrive starting at 2:00 pm and by 3:00 pm all activities must be done, the site cleaned up, and the property vacated.
50 person guest count limit. All booked hours are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Included:
- Custom made maple bench seating to fit up to 30 guests (Please note that benches may not be moved)
- Use of dressing room/bathroom
Additional services:
- Additional seating: $5.00 per white resin chair (includes set up and break down)
- Tables/Linens: $25.00 each table, comes with black or white linen, set up & clean up
